Sunday Long Runs:   8.00am Lymm Library

An early morning run at a slow “long-run” pace ideal for half/full marathon runners. Running between 8’30 – 10 min mile pace depending on group. We will see if the distances are OK over the first few weeks and adjust accordingly. If you still need to run longer than the planned route, then at least you are already out and no doubt someone will join you for a few additional miles. Come prepared with a drink and suitable clothing for the weather.

Ad-hoc runs are arranged on a casual basis between members. More information will be posted here soon so keep checking back.

Thanks Chris, I thought I’d read somewhere that you’d changed to 9am after Easter, good job I checked then!

Nice run this morning with 5 dedicated folks.
Chris, I warned you I have no sense of direction and you should make the route easy. Despite it being in the shape of a square, we managed to miss the first left turn and ended with 10 miles instead of 8.7 miles. Please next time make it a circle.
Enjoyed the conversation and the chance to get out. Thanks to all.
