A number of us are racing this weekend with about 10 at the Great Manchester Run and Paul on his lonesome at the Chester Half. I will be around the g-Mex/Midland for 8.45/9.00 if you are there, mobile is 07803 798998.

Make sure you take some pictures for the gallery of the new website, going live very very soon. I want all your times emailing to me on Sunday – no excuses on lymmrunners@gmail.com. Also any photo links from official pictures.
